10월 29일부터 30일까지 중앙체육공원에서 '배움, 나눔 그리고 어울림'이라는 주제로 열리는 제1회 익산 평생학습축제에 솔솔송 원광대 동아리 회원들이 자원봉사활동을 하였다.

평생학습축제는 평생학습참가자들의 학습의욕을 높이는 한편, 시민들에게 평생학습에 대한 이해를 돕고 평생학습교육관련 기관과 단체간의 교류를 통해 평생학습문화를 확산하는 교육문화축제이다.

솔솔송 원광대 동아리 회원들은 장애인식개선 체험활동 부스, 시민참여마당의 소원카드에 소원을 적어 걸어두는 ‘사랑의 소원나무’부스와 추억의 포토존 부스 등에서 시민들의 참여를 돕는 활동을 하였다.
